During expedition season (May through September), response times may extend to 48 hours as our team operates in remote areas with limited connectivity.
We typically respond within 24 hours during office hours. If you contact us on weekends or holidays, expect a reply by the next business day.
After you submit an inquiry, we'll send detailed information about your selected expedition, including physical requirements, gear lists, and available dates. We recommend booking at least three months in advance for popular seasons.
Most inquiries relate to fitness requirements, weather expectations, and what's included in expedition costs. We address all of these in our initial response, along with any specific concerns you mention.
